What is the Project Proposal Writing Program?
The proposal writing program seeks to build the capacities of individuals, voluntary teams and emerging enterprises wishing to write proposals for their own projects based on their vision, to enable enterprises to achieve the desired impact and not turn into tools for implementing the ideas and projects of funders and provide them with an opportunity to develop a plan to invest resources for an internal build of the enterprise for its continuity.
The program targets active individuals who undertake or will undertake the task of writing proposals in their associations and enterprises.
The knowledge and tools in the proposal writing program are presented on several levels:
- 1st level: enterprise identity, mission, positioning, vision, resources, opportunities, and aspirations.
- 2nd level: what is to be achieved and how to write a project proposal.
- 3rd level: fund-raising, risk, management, monitoring, and learning from mistakes and successes.
Program Expected Outcomes:
The ambition of the training is that, after the workshop, participants will be able to formulate a project proposal, by developing a draft of a project proposal that they were working on during the training itself, and working to develop it with their organization team after the training, and that they will inspire and facilitate strategic discussions in their organizations about the mission, vision, resources and ambition in their workplace.
