At Mobaderoon, we believe that peacebuilding can only be achieved through empowering individuals and communities by designing interactive training programs tailored to the needs of local communities, both institutions and individuals, with the aim of enhancing their capacities and preparing them to play an active role in the process of change and sustainable peacebuilding.

Our training programs are characterized by diversity and inclusivity, focusing on enhancing dialogue, building leadership capacities, and deepening the understanding of human values and civic engagement. We work on adapting these programs to suit different segments of society.

Through these programs, we aim to enhance individuals’ ability to actively participate in community reconciliation efforts. We also work to promote a culture of peace, contributing to overcoming the tensions left by years of conflict and building a new Syria characterized by peace and social justice.
