What is the evaluation and follow-up program?
Monitoring and evaluation training based on the participatory approach, is an interactive program that has been prepared to meet the need of teams and institutions to evaluate their small and medium enterprises.
Target Group:
- Those who have an interest in follow-up and evaluation, or from evaluation and follow-up teams for institutions and teams.
- Those who have projects to be applied on.
- Whoever possess basic research skills.
Program Journey:

The first day: begins with a definition and explanation of the logical framework for projects, and an introduction to follow-up and evaluation, then move on to talk about evaluation based on the research and participatory learning approach and the basic elements of the evaluation and follow-up system.

The second day: begins with the design of the follow-up and evaluation matrix, and talking about indicators and their types. An explanation is also given about data types, sources and data collection tools.

The third day: in which a practical application of the evaluation and follow-up tools is implemented, and then move on to building the final project matrices, providing an overview of data analysis and preparing the final evaluation and follow-up report.

- Building an understanding and knowledge of evaluation and follow-up in projects.
- Identify and test the most important assessment tools using the participatory methodology.
- Designing evaluation and follow-up plans for small and medium projects for teams and institutions.
