Monitoring, Evaluation and Social Research

A large team, experienced in community work, equipped with research tools, and carrying out studies and surveys. the members of this team built their experiences by implementing and motivating effective social projects. Team members went through intensive training sessions and assessment, follow-up, work methodology, participatory learning and linking the participatory methodology to assessment and planning.

The team also tested various participatory evaluation tools, and believed in the importance of the participatory methodology in evaluation and qualitative social research, and was able, during a two-year learning journey to build concepts and procedures for service delivery within Mobaderoon and the partner institutions.

A counseling team to launch small initiatives and projects according to the community needs as it works to provide many services:

  • Providing technical and programmatic support to owners of small initiatives and social projects.

  • Follow up the performance of initiatives and projects and assess their performance financially and administratively.

  • Monitoring the performance of initiatives and social projects and evaluating their financial and administrative performance.

Among the most important services that could be provided to initiatives and small projects are legal counseling and guidance, and those could be represented by the following:

  • Consultations to establish licensed entities such as associations, institutions, companies and training centers for teams, initiatives, and individuals.

  • Providing counsel and legal support for teams and initiatives regarding structuring, operations, licensing, and necessary authorities approvals.

  • Consultations and services in the field of workshops related to public and private legal information.

  • Consultations regarding protection of materials, programs, training manuals, trade names and intellectual rights with the relevant authorities.

  • Consultations in incubation contracts, memorandum of understanding, cooperation, partnership, and all requests and approvals submitted to official and private bodies.

  • Legal Consultations in all human rights and legal field within the scope of Syrian law.
