Empowering and Connecting Civil Entities and Key Individuals: Supporting Civil Society Organizations

Mobaderoon works on building the capacities of Syrian civil entities by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to operate with high levels of transparency and accountability, ensuring their work aligns with a clear value-based governance system that is reflected in their internal procedures.

Since 2016, Mobaderoon has been committed to developing long-term technical journeys aimed at supporting and strengthening the capacities of institutions, enabling them to respond to community needs and implement their interventions transparently and in accordance with the evolving context in Syria.
This has been achieved through the application of several strategies, such as providing financial and technical grants to organizations, offering training workshops, facilitating learning journeys, providing access to experts and mentors, as well as facilitating meetings, strategic planning processes, advocacy campaigns, and coalition building efforts.
