What is the Risk Management Program?
Risk management in enterprises is an integrative process that aims to place procedures within an enterprise to work on identifying and assessing risks, and then to deal with them by means of mitigating their impact or the probability of their occurrence.
Mobaderoon seeks to empower and build the capacities of enterprises and associations in the society through this process so they become capable of dealing with their risks, understanding them, and mapping out alternative helping solutions based on their resources.
Target Group:
This training targets workers in Civic Based Organizations (CBOs), associations, and teams that seek institutionalization, and entrepreneurial business owners in the Syrian society.
Program Journey:
- Getting to know the concepts of risk in enterprises, and risk management in enterprises.
- The stages of the risk management process in enterprises.
- The participants should, by the end of the two training days, be able to plan for risk, and return with the attached educational aids to their enterprises to implement what has been learnt throughout the training. Technical consultations can be provided for the enterprises, as well as supporting them whilst developing the risk management plan.
Program Expected Outcomes:
- Identify and assess the risks the enterprise is subject to.
- A list of established procedures, and the procedures to follow to avoid risks, and mitigate their intensity and the probability of their occurrence.
- An enterprise capable of developing a risk management plan with applicable procedures, and of dealing with risk.
