Overview
What is Aflatoun/Aflateen Program?
The Aflatoun/Aflateen Program consists of a comprehensive curriculum that balances social with financial education. It aims to consolidate these concepts, and ensure their impact on the future of children, the nucleus of society. Children are encouraged to practice what they have learned through children’s participation in leading social and financial activities, such as organizing social campaigns, setting up savings schemes and launching financial micro-enterprises.

- Aflatoun: implemented with 6–14-year-old children. Can be implemented as a part of formal education (school classes), and non-formal (child-friendly clubs)
- Aflateen: implemented with 18-14year-old adolescents.
Journey
Program Learning Journey:
- Aflatoun: this program was designed to be attractive, full of positivity, and child-appropriate. It uses methods such as games, songs, and work sheets that places the child at the center of the learning process.
- Aflateen: this program is designed in the form of a journey that adoclescents undergo to project their lifestyle, to learn how to handle topics that are of concern to society, to attain skills that help them become citizens, and to manage projects with other youth for the sake of their communities.
