It aims to enhance the role of local structures in Syria by supporting peacebuilding and increasing community participation in the political process. The project relies on a participatory tool that engages residents and stakeholders in identifying priorities and needs, shifting the focus toward addressing conflicts and community issues rather than the traditional emphasis on infrastructure. Furthermore, it seeks to strengthen social cohesion and resilience through peacebuilding activities and improved decision-making based on up-to-date data.
